Energy Bodywork

Wondering what the Bodywork stands for in “Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork”?

Bodywork—its practitioners called “Intuitive Healers”—refers to tuning in to the body of a client in order to read and interpret the energy that lies at the root cause of illness, disease or life crisis.

As an Intuitive Healer, Gina sees beyond the obvious and reads the energy patterns in both the body and its auric field. Using her clairsentience, clairaudience, clairvoyance, and abilities as a medium, she is able to tap into the body’s energy patterns and discern when there is a disruption in energy flow. Using the Universal life force enables her to balance the disruption in energy to allow the healing process to begin. Bodywork involves the use of one or all of the following: Reiki, Aromatherapy, Crystals, Sound Therapy or Guided Meditation.

Often when stored energy is released, a client will experience intense emotion followed by peace and balance. The change that takes place energetically allows the body to enter into a more balanced energy flow where healing begins.

Reiki is a Japanese technique of healing that promotes stress reduction and relaxation administered primarily by “laying on hands.” It is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and provides us with the vitality needed in order for our body to work efficiently. Reiki is actually “Universal life force energy.”

A simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement, Reiki can be used by everyone. It has been effective in helping to heal many illnesses and provides a beneficial effect. In addition, it works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

As a Certified Reiki Master, Gina says: “I believe that Reiki is spiritual in nature, but it is not a religion. There are no tenets you must believe in order to learn and use Reiki. It is not dependent on belief at all and will work whether you believe in it or not. Because Reiki comes from God, many people find that using Reiki puts them more in touch with the experience of their religion rather than having only an intellectual concept of it.”
